1. Service Agreement By booking a service with Savient Detailing, you agree to our terms and conditions outlined below. Services are subject to availability and may require advance scheduling.

2. Payment Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.

3. Service Modifications and Cancellations

• Modifications: Any changes to the service or schedule must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 20% of the service cost.

4. Additional Charges Additional charges apply for add-on services, large vehicles, and special cleaning requirements as detailed in our service menu.

5. Vehicle Condition

• Savient Detailing is not responsible for damage to vehicles that is pre-existing or that results from wear and tear.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service.

6. Liability

• While we strive to handle your vehicle with the utmost care, Savient Detailing is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
• We are not liable for damage to vehicles that result from any underlying issues not visible during the service.

7. Warranty Our services come with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours for us to address your concerns.

8. Privacy We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will only be used for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Changes to Terms Savient Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or direct correspondence.
